Silver Lofts Albuquerque, NM

Silver Lofts Albuquerque, NM

Silver Lofts are located in the heart of Albuquerque’s vibrantly developing West End neighborhood, situated between downtown and Albuquerque’s historic Old Town Plaza and museum district.

The complex urban fabric of the neighborhood was the catalyst for a pedestrian friendly mixed-use residential project.

These 3 level units have ground floor owner-occupied work and retail spaces that front the street to create an active pedestrian streetscape across from the Flying Star Cafe. The second floor is a 17-foot high main space with an efficient line kitchen and living areas with a loft space on the third floor. Cantilevered metal balconies off of the second floor modulate and lend scale to the building’s elevations. Open tread metal stairs lead to an upper master bedroom with an outdoor patio deck that opens onto dramatic views of the city, mountains and mesa.
